Fitness First – Bedford’s First ever Girevoy Sport (Kettlebell lifting Competition)

Saturday 20^th February 2010

There will be 2 events to enter;

·       Two handed Jerk

·       Single arm Snatch

You may enter either event, or compete in both for a biathlon. There will be separate male and female competitions, so everyone is welcome to join in.

Entry is £2 per person for a single event, or £3 for biathlon. Please register your interest at Fitness First reception or at paul@viresfitness.com to receive all details and rules of competition.
